For many years now I've been publishing health articles to the world so as to increase the knowledge and awareness of issues concerning modern health matters and what can be done by each of us to help our families and others.

Over that time readers asked me to add some health videos and health information and news so I started adding them over the last few months. I'm now receiving a lot of question regarding health and body care products and if I could add some to this site. I resisted at first but I'm only able to take so much battering and now I'm going include health products on many pages. and the health information and news is in the rss feeds below.

However.....I'm only going add products and services that I feel will be helpful and if I'm sure that they are good deals. Now.....please understand this. In some cases the offers I'll show on this and other pages MAY require what is known as 'participation'. That means you may need to complete a short survey or, for some of the FREE offers, you may need to pay the postage which is not a big deal in my eyes. If you're able to get something cheaper or free, why not?

The surveys, although sometimes annoying, are extremely useful and an important part of the modern era. How else will companies know what we, the public, want? These surveys are always from large established and respectable firms on behalf of household name manufacturers and they ARE very aware of the nuisance value and that's why they need to give you something in return.......so grab what they're offering while you can.

So, other than health articles, the pages of this site will generally show the latest and current offers so check back often, in fact, why not bookmark us?
